Why no open rate? Apple Mail Privacy Protection opens emails automatically, so opens are inflated. We judge emails by clicks, orders and complaints instead.

The brands are fictional and the report uses example numbers, so you can see the format before you hire us. Your real reports come from your own email platform and store, which you can open yourself at any time.
Deliverability
Since 2024, Gmail and Yahoo require bulk senders to authenticate their domain, offer one-click unsubscribe and keep spam complaints under 0.3%. Microsoft has followed. We set all of it up before your first send.

How we work

Week 1
A free 20-minute call, then a look at your platform, list, domain records and current emails. You get a written scope and a fixed price.
Week 1–2
Domain authentication, consent and list clean-up, sign-up forms and the template blocks every email will use.
Weeks 2–3
Welcome, cart, browse and post-purchase flows written, designed and tested on real devices, then switched on.
Monthly
On a retainer, campaigns go out on a shared calendar and a monthly report shows what worked and what's next.
The same five promises come with every email package.

For a Shopify or online store with a growing list, usually Klaviyo: it reads your store data and builds flows around orders. For value, or if you want SMS and WhatsApp in the same tool, Brevo. For a simple newsletter, Mailchimp is fine.
We'll recommend one on the call based on your store, list size and budget, and set it up in your name. We're not paid by any platform to recommend it.
Nobody can promise inbox placement, but we do everything that decides it. We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your domain, send from your own domain, warm up new senders slowly, clean out addresses that never engage and keep spam complaints low.
Gmail, Yahoo and Microsoft now require these for bulk senders, along with one-click unsubscribe. If you already have deliverability trouble, the Deliverability rescue add-on works through it step by step.
We only email people who chose to hear from you. Sign-up forms state clearly what people are signing up for, consent is recorded, and every email has your business address and a working unsubscribe that's honoured straight away.
That covers the basics of the GDPR and UK rules, CAN-SPAM in the US and India's DPDP Act, but the rules differ by country and this isn't legal advice. We never buy, rent or scrape email lists.
You do. Templates, copy, images we create and the flows themselves live in your own platform account and stay there if we stop working together.
With the Template design system add-on, your team can build new emails from the same blocks without us.
Yes. We move your subscribers with their consent records, tags and segments, rebuild flows and templates in the new platform, reconnect your store and forms, and warm up the new sending set-up before switching over.
We run both side by side until the new one is checked, so no subscriber misses an email and nobody gets two.
Clicks, orders and revenue attributed to each flow and campaign, list growth, unsubscribes and spam complaints, all from your own platform and store data. Open rates are inflated by Apple Mail Privacy Protection, so we don't judge emails by them.
Attribution windows differ between platforms, so we explain how each number is counted. We can't promise a revenue figure; we promise the work and a plain report on it.
Flows run on their own whenever a customer does something. For campaigns, most brands do well with one to two a week, but it depends on how much you have to say and how your list responds.
We start steady, watch clicks, unsubscribes and complaints, and adjust. Engaged subscribers can hear from you more often than people who haven't clicked in months.
